Timelines can vary by product availability, finishing requirements, destination and logistics partner. We avoid publishing a universal delivery promise that may not apply to every saree or location.
Preparation and Packaging
Where a saree requires fall, pico, blouse work or another requested service, the preparation period is separate from transit time. Sarees should be folded carefully, protected from moisture and packaged to reduce movement during shipping. Customers may request clarification on included services, packaging and expected dispatch before completing an order.
Tracking and Delivery
When tracking is available, the relevant details should be shared after dispatch. Customers are encouraged to monitor the shipment and ensure someone can receive it. At delivery, inspect the outer package before opening and record visible damage. Product concerns should be reported promptly with clear photographs of packaging, labels and the saree.
International and Remote Deliveries
